Summary: From the moment we drove up to the hotel, the service was impeccable. All the staff from concierge, to reception, to the bar staff and restaurant staff were well mannered, well trained and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food, wine and cocktails in the restaurant were excellent. We have stayed in other Dakota Hotels around the country and we have had similar experiences in each one. It’s a great hotel group. The only thing I would suggest is to have bathrobes and slippers already in the rooms, rather than having to request them.
