Summary: They tried to charge me for breakfast even though it was clearly shown on my booking, I had to prove this (not a good start). The TV didn't work in the room for the duration of our stay. Be aware of additional parking charge of £15. No obvious wheelchair access from the disabled parking places. Staff in the restaurant were very attentive.
