Summary: I was pleasantly surprised at how good the welcome and the service was. Everyone was so helpful and took the time to help and explain processes. However, I was surprised at the holding fee of £50:00 which still has not been refunded back to my account. So for me this was the only negative I have about my experience with Delta.
