Summary: The staff were great, room was ok; what you would expect from a city centre hotel. Rubbish experience with the room next door returning to their room in the early hours, turning their tv on so loud it woke me up (2:30am) and not being able to get them to turn it down for 2 hours. Even with the help of reception.
