Summary: Second stay in this hotel, the standards are still very good, the staff are friendly and efficent, the room was excellent with comfortable bed and superb shower. The carpet could do with a gunk removal, but it was mainly clean. The transport links are good to Waterloo and Docklands. Highly recommend it and I will use again.
