Brand new for 2024, Field Barn (sleeps 6) is part of a select development of four luxury barn conversions just 5 minutes drive from Happisburgh beach. It's next door but completely separate to High Barn (sleeps 8) and the two can be hired together to sleep up to 14. Each barn has it's own entrance, parking and fully enclosed garden. Located in the historic coastal village of Happisburgh, the barns have been sympathetically restored to offer luxury living with fantastic rural views.
Field Barn is all on one level, and has a large living room with comfortable seating, dining table and a smart TV. The modern kitchen and dining area has an integrated fridge, freezer, an electric hob, integrated oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washer and dryer.
The largest bedroom has a superking size bed, smart TV and ensuite shower room, and there's a second bedroom also with a superking size bed, smart TV and ensuite shower room. Bedroom three has a superking size bed which can be split into twin 3' single beds and has access to the family bathroom.
Outside, the garden is fully enclosed with a lawned area and hot tub. There is parking for several cars and an 7.8kW EV charger. Three dogs are welcome at no additional charge at Field Barn. An additional dog may be considered for a small charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and are welcome to join you on the sofa if using the throws provided.

Summary: Just go to back from a week stay at Field Barn Happisburgh. From booking it to checking out our whole experience was 5 Star. The accommodation was amazing and on arrival had the Wow factor throughout. Attention to detail in each room was fab and the garden was fantastic for our spaniel (very secure ) . Having the hot tub to relax in the evening was superb and we enjoyed using the barbecue. We were very blessed with the weather but great base to explore North Norfolk and enjoy the beautiful beaches. We will def be back. Being on one level for us was great as my Step Father isn’t as mobile as he was. Thank you for having us x
