Summary: Can't say enough about the staff, they were lovely without exception. The hotel feels a mix of styles and doesn't quite know what style it wants, old, new, 70's 80's. Comfort is ok but its the lack of attention to detail, particularly the cleaning, that lets it down. Some items were actually filthy in the room, water pressure was poor (in both rooms we had) and the upper floors near the car park suffered from passive smoke (and weed) smell as people smoked right below.
