Positive: Very central and lots of parking. Staff friendly and professional.

Negative: One of the hottest days of the year and unfortunately no air con in the rooms. Was hoping to find a fan in the cupboard but never so actually had to go out to nearest supermarket and buy standalone fan as room was stifling hot.
