Positive: The property was clean and comfortable and welcoming

Negative: Our room was freezing cold when we arrived and the single room heater took a very long time to warm the room as it was covered by one of the single beds. We had to swap beds as I was too cold as it was single beds.

Summary: Great little stop over just needs to be warm on arrival
