Positive: I had a pleasant stay at Groton Mount Hotel. It’s a quiet place and good value for the price. The room was comfortable, though it could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. I have stayed here for four days and what really made the difference was the receptionist, who was very professional welcoming and really smart guy. During check-in he took the time to explain everything and make sure I was settled in. This kind of service really stands out and make difference for my stay.

Negative: The room was quite small, and although a cleaner came around, but never asked if I wanted my room cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. Cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Summary: Excellent reception, good value for money and decent stay
