Positive: Lovely location to Stansted and very clean and tidy. The staff there every single one of them were so friendly and working flat out ! I cannot stress enough how good all the staff were. I didn’t expect the excellent hospitality and I stay in lots of really high end hotels and this place honestly blew me away how nice they all were. Food in restaurant first class. 10/10 would definitely recommend
