Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Property is really lovely, lots of stairs though. Rooms very nice and clean. Comfy beds but room hot at night. Would stay again. Great location. Lovely breakfast.

Negative: Booking.com gave the option to pay when there but charged me the day after booking, 3 nights before I stayed there with friends. I asked the lady behind the desk about it. She said to take it up with booking.com. I think Greyfriars should sort out their own mistake with booking.com, not me.

Summary: Great except for incorrect option to pay at hotel
