Positive: The building is pleasant (truly rural) and the location is peaceful.

Negative: The hotel has essentially no staff. You have to check in online and you are given a code to enter. The room keys are deposited in a box. The reception is closed. Breakfast is only served from 9 a.m. (!) to 11 a.m. The hotel is isolated, about ten minutes' drive from San Matteo. There is only one restaurant nearby (8 minutes' walk) open in the evening. When we booked the hotel, it seemed full and we had to take the suite - in reality, it was half empty. Overall, a disappointing experience that we paid too much for.
