Positive: Loved this little gem in the mountains. I cannot understand some of the poor reviews . This hotel is spotlessly clean (rooms newly renovated) The staff are so lovely and very accommodating including bar staff. Yes the pool is a bit cold but my sons & husband swam every evening & enjoying it. It’s at 28 degrees we were told. The owners are doing their best to provide a boutique hotel experience and in my opinion they are doing a good job. Still some work to do but we had a great skiing holiday here and absolutely would return. The ski in / out couldn’t be easier!

Negative: A choice for dinner would be welcome and maybe fresh pancakes for breakfast would be a lovely addition!
