Positive: The lady who serves breakfast is extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here 6+ times in the past and it is always a pleasure to see her.

Negative: Room had dirty carpets, as did communal areas, and a wall mirror that looked like champagne had been sprayed over it. Hairdryers are available on request, when we asked for one nobody knew where they were kept. So having arrived soaked from the rain we were unable to at least dry our hair. Only one cup in the (double) room. The stack of mattresses inn Reception would imply some upgrading is being carried out, unfortunately ours hadn't been changed and was shot.

Summary: Disappointing, hopefully an upgrade is being carried out, and the restaurant re-opens..
