Positive: It was very quiet and location was good for wjat we wanted

Negative: The room was extremely creeky. The floorboards were so noisy, ypu couldnt get up in the night withut making a horrendous noise in the bedroom or bathroom. Also shower made a loud whining noise when in use.

Summary: Great location, room tired and need upgrading
