Positive: The cleanliness of our room. The location. Food at the hatfield hotel was very tasty and well presented

Negative: One of the staff was rude. Hit and miss with her friendliness. From the moment we entered the hotel to get our breakfast we felt like we were an inconvenience and she rolled her eyes a few times when my son knocked the rope partition on the stairs to breakfast area when it was an accident (he's only 6 and I apologised) and when my mum hadn't decided on what hot food she wanted for her breakfast when she came over for our order. The same member of staff was their at lunchtime too with the same attitude. We were not the only people who thought this and saw how she spoke to some customers. Wasn't rude to all customers. Maybe if she likes you, she treats you differently. Just being polite would have gone a long way instead of being rude and making me annoyed. All the other staff were pleasant, attentive and nothing was too much trouble
