Positive: The location was great. The spa was nice.

Negative: It could have been so much better with a bit more management. The spa garden was overgrown with weeds on the patio where you sit outside. The hotel seemed to have a shortage of bar staff and reception wasn’t always maned. There were prom parties on the Friday and the music was so loud till 11pm. A lot of people were complaining and moved rooms. We waited nearly an hour for dinner twice in the restaurant. The staff seemed to do their best and were pleasant and apologetic but service speed didn’t improve.

Summary: Enjoyable but could have been so much better.
