Summary: Why did the maid only leave us with one bath & face towel? We had to ask reception for more which was prompt. Why put us in a room opposite the lifts when one of them screeched when in use? Why didn't the kitchen staff not understand my request for gluten-free bread (meantioned in French) then did not understand & said no?
