Summary: I booked one room online but the app crashed before I could confirm it so I booked it again. I was told I booked two rooms ??????? I told the receptionist to cancel it ! He told me to go online to cancel it then I went online to do so but it was directed me back to the hotel ?????? What is going on ????????
