Positive: The property was stunning and the facilities were clean and not overcrowded

Negative: The tv was not a smart tv & wouldn’t allow me to screen mirror with an iPhone When I arrived the lady at reception gave me no details about my stay whatsoever. Simply handed me my card and left me on my way. I had to overhear another customer being told the spa times, breakfast times etc
