Positive: Location was perfect.

Negative: Did not receive promised information. (not sure what the info pack would have contained) Also foreigners might not have a European call coverage (if they only use data) Hotel was not manned and telephonic contact was required to check in. Could not operate lift as access code was required. Had to carry suitcase two flights up. Clearly had different expectations. Overall not bad, but don't expect a warm smile greeting you. And if it happens to rain, you get drenched while figuring out how to get in..
