Summary: Such a disappointment, having stayed in really great Hotel du Vin's in other cities. The rooms are very tired. Bathrooms awkward. The staff were navigating a new computer system, so when we arrived, they barely looked up to greet us. They did kindly change my room when I didn't want to be in a room where the glorious Georgian windows were obscured by scaffolding and the bar man was really great. But it certainly did not match the standards of other hotels in the group.
