Summary: The first room we stayed in was in an old building next to the main hotel and faced the main road. It was not double glazed and there was a lot of noise - the description of the room we booked said it was a "sound-proofed room". The decor of the room did not match the photo of the room we booked on the hotels.com website. There was a bedside lamp with no shade. One morning the hot water in the building was not working. The staff were helpful when this happened and moved us to a new room.
