Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Modern, clean "Gold" caravan, enough cups, glasses, plates etc. bedding provided, but you need to bring your own towels. Arrived after the 5pm cut-off but there were still people on reception so thankfully it wasn't an issue.

Negative: To get to most places you have to use the expensive ferry to get back across the water or make a long (circa 40 mile) road detour. A large portion of the site was thoughtfully laid out for the vans to have space and a view of the scenery. Unfortunately, we were in the section which wasn't.. just row upon row of caravans with a small road in front/behind and enough space to park a car between each caravan.
