Summary: staff excellent,no check in desk only untidy office. hotel very well equiped and decorated.bedroom suite was so dark we had to use a torch to make tea/no way to contact reception as no telephone in the room or contact number electric sockets for dressing table were under meaning we had to get on our hands and knees to use drier /rollers etc (we are eighty )the tv was a disaster to use also it kept buffering the whole three days.we had to chase receiption to replenish the hospitality goods. the hotel gave us a reduced bill to cover our complaints .overall a very nice place to stay in a wonderfull position.
