Summary: Our stay was pretty disappointing. Poor communication from staff meant we were waiting ages for our room. Once we got into our room, it wasn’t extremely clean, but okay. We went out in the evening and got back around 11, where we harassed by locals inside the hotel. My partner was assaulted and had his necklace stolen. The next day we asked the staff for the cctv footage so we can show our insurance, but they did not help. Why was there no security at that time? This ruined our stay and is one of the worst places we have ever stayed at. We have never used Ibis before and probably never will again.
