Minors under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal representatives, please note that the credit card used to book must be presented on arrival, driving directions:, from north and south: leave the m6 motorway at junction 43, then take the a69 road signposted carlisle city center. drive all the way towards city center and then take the left after papa john's on to cecil street, from east: a69 road signposted carlisle city center. follow all the way toward city center and then take the left just after papa john's pizza onto cecil street, free parking, car park english gate plaza south is located at the back of the hotel, please use the postcode ca1 1nt , entrance via portland place or cecil street. parking is free from arrival till 12 noon on the day of check out, the back door will lead you to the reception area, please inform staff at check in to register your vehicle.guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
