Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Welcoming smiles in a 5 Star venue. Knokke at its best ! La Rigue, the Bar, the Wellness all at top level.

Negative: The pool area. When I arrived a Saturday afternoon at around 17h30 most beds were empty but abandoned with with towels . Empty water bottles, fruit rests… I could not find an empty clean one. In between guests cleaning should be absolutely organized. A pity because the pool and pool area is great.
