Positive: The lady who met me was very helpful when I eventually got in contact with her.

Negative: There is a deposit of £250 which has to be paid by bank transfer before they will let you have the key, even though the holiday was paid in full. This deposit was NOT mentioned ANYWHERE on the booking.com information, just in an email they sent confirming the booking. Location was a little difficult to find. Their check-in routine is unhelpful and difficult. It took me almost 2 hours to find somebody and get checked in despite them knowing when I would arrive. There was no sign of the fitness room/gym that is advertised as part of the complex.

Summary: Wouldn't go back.
