Luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge in stunning lakeside setting. The owner has built 3 new units set on 5 acres of prime Kent countryside, with far reaching views and private fishing opportunities. The whole plot is private to the three well-spaced properties. You are within easy reach of the village centre with 2 pubs and a shop/post office. Please consider that the lakes are unfenced so young children must be supervised at all times and there is a walk from the private off road parking area. The lakes have good numbers of Carp, Tench, Bream, Perch and Roach. There is a £10-00 per person per day fee for fishing payable on site.
Modern design features in this new for 2020 detached lodge. The property is accessed by a few steps , but once inside you are on one level. The good size open plan lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining space works very well to make use of the views. Summary: Lovely property with great views from the decking area. Very peaceful and not far from Ashford, the south coast and Leeds castle. Very enjoyable week. Would recommend.
