Luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge in stunning lakeside setting. The owner has built 3 new units set on 5 acres of prime Kent countryside, with far reaching views and private fishing opportunities. The whole plot is private to the three well-spaced properties. You are within easy reach of the village centre with 2 pubs and a shop/post office. Please consider that the lakes are unfenced so young children must be supervised at all times and there is a walk from the private off road parking area. The lakes have good numbers of Carp, Tench, Bream, Perch and Roach. There is a £10-00 per person per day fee for fishing payable on site.

The good size open plan lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining space works very well to make use of the views. Summary: The property itself was perfect for us. An idyllic location with amazing views to the countryside and over the lakes. Loved that we could do some fishing with the boys (3&8)
