Positive: Great location, nice setting, nice building with patio. Friendly staff

Negative: Shower heads and faucets need replacement. More frequent cleaning of shared bathrooms (towels left on floor for multiple days).

Summary: Nice place, very expensive (probably due to the timing of the Formula 1 race at Spa)
