Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Friendly and professional staff at reception, good breakfast and friendly service staff, very close to ski lifts. Ski room was good size and condition.

Negative: Uncomfortable mattress, pillows. Bathroom was very small - unacceptable to not have any hooks to hang towels, no space to place toiletries, tiny shower. Booked a double room with one large bed - all confirmed then two single beds were given, had to wait to change. Very inconvenient lift (slow and small). Noise from other rooms. Poorly cleaned rooms - once the changed towels had dirt on them, bed sheets not changed, rooms smelled of chemical cleaning agents after service. Overpriced for the quality.

Summary: Overpriced for size/quality, tiny bathrooms, sloppy cleaning. Friendly reception only positive.
