Cars can unload luggage outside the cottage and out of season you can park directly outside the cottage, however, between Good Friday and 1st October, parking restrictions are enforced, therefore during these times, parking is either in Harley’s car park 2 minutes’ walk away, or in the public car park just five minutes’ walk away.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Please note: Norfolk Winder stairs are, as with older character cottages, enclosed, steep, narrow and curved. Here they are wooden, have reduced head clearance and there is one rope hand rail.

Ground Floor:
Sitting room
With a welcoming wood burning stove and flat screen television. You can open the door to the front terrace during the summer months, or snuggle down on the sofa in front of the fire during the cooler autumn and winter months.

Modern and well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Dining room
With dining table and seating for four.

First Floor:
Bedroom
Spacious twin bedroom which can be dressed either a twin or as a super-king size bed if desired (please request when booking).
Shower room
With large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, wash basin and WC.

Second Floor:

Access to the first and second floor is via a traditional steep Norfolk winder staircase.

Master bedroom
With wrought iron double bed master and boasts views to the harbour and sea.
En-suite bathroom
With free-standing claw-foot bath, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
Front terrace with garden furniture.
