Summary: Staff were amazing - our children had an amazing experience. Really appreciated how the hotel staff delivered santa stockings and hand written cards to our room for the Christmas day. The hotel was super dog friendly. It was lovely seeing so many people bringing their dogs and were permitted at the lounge. Highly recommend this warm welcoming hotel.
