Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel room was clean, including bathroom. The personnel was helpful.

Negative: There were no kettle/coffee maker, cups, tea spoons in the room. I had to go to the reception to ask for that. Once asked for a kettle, they only gave me kettle and not the cups/mugs (which to me was obvious). The breakfast of €21 per person is overpriced. 1st floor room which we were given at the beginning was facing the wall which blocked the light, we had to ask to change it. We were given the same room on the 3rd floor, but it was not a twin but a DBL, so we had to go and ask again. Overall personnel seems helpful, but but does not think one (or two) steps ahead (which is annoying).
