Positive: We loved the concept, the rooms are nicely decorated. Location is nice as well.

Negative: It said breakfast was included, but the venue just started providing breakfast and said it was just something extra, a free complimentary breakfast, something customers didn’t have to pay for. We expected a bit more to be honest. There were some problems with the check-in app. M&F contacted us after our stay and resolved our issues in a good and professional way.
