Positive: The location is good. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: I didn’t like the Reception staff as I am older and they spoke very very quietly and I spent the whole experience asking him to repeat every single thing they said. The Aircon in the room was substandard. They told me that was a high up as it could go, but it was less than a slight breeze. The tea in the room did not come with any milk.
