Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel is conveniently located close to Bradford and Yorkshire dales, comfortable beds,spacious rooms and generous buffet breakfast

Negative: Staff attitude: there was a wedding reception when we arrived , using the same entrance as the rest of the guests, although there are alternative doors / entrances that could have been used. Also, we had to wait almost half an hour for check in as receptionist was nowhere to be seen? Locally reception is located next to the bar so we had somewhere to sit with our luggage.
