Positive: The staff and facilities were excellent! The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam, yet in a lovely and peaceful area. They provide free coffee, tea, and daily soda, which is a really nice touch. When we checked out, they even gave us a bag of snacks to go—such excellent service! We enjoyed a wonderful getaway weekend and had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return again.

Summary: Excellent service, great amenities, and a perfect location—highly recommend!
