Positive: The layout of the room was nice, comfy sofa to watch tv. Large comfy bed. Whole property was clean. Lovely location - very quiet.

Negative: Very hard to find in the dark as no lighting on the sign and the google pin shows a different location - a W3W would have been helpful. No bowls in the kitchen for breakfast cereal. Some cleaning equipment would have been useful (cloth to wipe down kitchen sides and a brush to sweep the floor)
