Summary: A mixed stay of terrible room and lovely staff. The hotel needs refurbishment but I don’t forgive uncleanliness and the sweaty smell an unclean carpet on arrival meant I requested a room change which was denied due to capacity that I later found out was a ie which was a huge disappointment. If I can still book online on various websites that means your hotel does have accommodation available and thy could have changed my room! Not good at all. However the staff are lovely and smiley and went out of their way to be nice to me for my whole stay which o really appreciated. I wish the management looked at the cleaning and perhaps updating the carpets it would make a huge difference. Some hairdryers in the room would also be welcome.
