Newlyn House aims to give you a little bit of home from home, but at an affordable price. We are located on the Outskirts of the Historical City of Chester. Just a couple of miles from the city centre, so a gentle walk into town along the canal if you choose or couple of minutes by car, bus or taxi.
We are situated on the A41 just of the A55, this gives great access by road to the whole of the surrounding area. A55 for North Wales, M53 for Liverpool and the Wirral, M56 for Manchester and A41/A51 for access into Cheshire. If you don't drive we are a few minutes walk from the park and ride into the City Centre or jump on the Bus from outside the house.
We are a self catered establishment with 5 rooms that can be configured as doubles, kings, twins or even a triple. All rooms have access to 2 shared bathrooms, one on each floor, a shared communal lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with Range cooker, American Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. Sainsbury Supermarket is located a mile away meaning you can prepare a hearty breakfast to start the day or come home and cook a proper meal and crack open a bottle of wine to end the day. Your Choice. If you don't fancy cooking we have 2 great food pubs within a 5 minute walk, the closest being the Ring o bells in Christleton.
The communal area comes complete with a 43" Smart TV loaded with Netflix to keep you entertained, and High Speed fibre Wifi is available for free throughout the property.
When staying away from home for a period of time being able to do a bit of washing is always a bonus, we have a washer dryer provided on the premises as well as ironing facilities to ensure your always looking crisp.
We are a great choice whether you are in the area on work or business, or simply looking for a base to explore the many delights Chester and the surrounding area have to offer.
