Positive: IWe were welcomed by a friendly man who explained aspects of our stay. The room was spacious and clean and smelt fresh, and the dining room looked great at breakfast.

Negative: There we're oil marks on the bathroom wall tiles, and only Only 2 towels had been put out for 3 people. The drive and carpark were poorly surfaced. There was no capacity for a cooked breakfast, and no table had been set for 3 despite our booking. When we asked for tea for two, the young man brought one very small teapot.

Summary: We were glad to stay at Normanhurst, but we hope the problems are quickly resolved.
