Summary: 2 nights stay with family. Initial room provided had a very bad smell, the room we were moved to also smelled but less that than the first room. This was the only room left available so we had no choice but to accept it. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves and by taking the bed linen from the initial room provided to the replacement room. No assistance from staff at hotel. First day at breakfast most guests were waiting around for the food to arrive even after a number of guests requesting food. Thankfully the second day was a lot more pleasant.
