Summary: Loved staying here. The guy who showed me round couldn't have been any kinder or more interested in telling me about the room. A full guided tour. The room I stayed in was a really great size, bathroom was great and the bed was comfy. The location was fantastic also. Only 2 points I'd like A hairdryer in the room A better fan (but to be fair there was a fan and at the moment it's like 100 degrees) These are the only 2 things I'd change but it doesn't impact my review because of the great location, staff and quality of the place. Will be staying here again when I come to Birmingham
