Positive: Friendly staff, great location. Liam & Ben were excellent staff members.

Negative: Breakfast poor, especially compared to The Chainlocker in Falmouth. Microwaved bacon and looked very unappealing. Pillow slips were too small for the pillow. Whole place needs some TLC

Summary: Great location, friendly staff but hotel is in need of some tlc.
