Summary: I stayed in this hotel to attend a business conference. The central location of the hotel was appealing. The room and the bathroom was clean and modern. I appreciated use of the in-room safe. I did not have the breakfast (additional fee) but you need to sign up for this the night before. The person who checked in me did not tell me that I had to request cleaning the evening before. As a result, garbage was not collected in my room until a different staff person told me the correct protocol. The cord for the hair dryer was not along enough to extend over the toilet - I could be better planned. Like other germanic hotels, they do not provide conditioner, just body wash/shampoo. Luckily I brought shampoo and conditioner. The body wash smelled strongly of eucalyptus, which I don't like, but other guests might like that aroma. All together, I had a good experience and would return.
