Positive: This was a gorgeous place. We stayed in one of the cottage self catering apartments which had everything you needed. It was superbly appointed and very comfortable. Great for relaxing in after a long day on the fells. We also treated ourselves to breakfast in the old coach house. The view from the dining room was stunning and the breakfast magnificent. Heather welcomed us like family and made us very welcome, giving us helpful information on the local walks. We hope we can stay here again in the future and fully recommend staying here
